菌线克对北方根结线虫卵孵化及二龄幼虫活性的影响

摘　　要：以无菌水和10μg/ml涕灭威作为两组对照,研究了菌线克(一种白僵菌Beauveriasp.的培养液)原液及不同稀释液对北方根结线虫(Meloidogynehalpa)卵囊、分散卵粒孵化及2龄幼虫活性的影响。在原液、5×、10×、20×、稀释液浓度下,对卵囊孵化的相对抑制率分别是99.89%、92.85%、85.66%、79.72%、均与无菌水对照差异极显著,菌线克原液与10μg/ml涕灭威两者间差异不显著。在原液、5×稀释液浓度下,对分散卵粒孵化的相对抑制率分别是99.04%、96.17%,均与无菌水对照差异极显著,与10μg/ml涕灭威三者之间差异不显著;对2龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别是96.39%、88.38%,均与无菌水对照差异极显著,菌线克原液与10μg/ml涕灭威两者间差异不显著。The Funecide is a new bionematicide proceeded by the metabolism from Snf907(Beauveria sp.). The effects of Funecide at different concentration on egg masses and individual eggs hatching and juvenile of Meloidogyne halpa were investigated. The hatching of egg masses was suppressed by 99.89%、92.85%、85.66%、79.72% at the original、 5×、10×、20× diluted solution, respectively. The differences between these treatments and water control being highly significant while that between the original solution and 10μg/ml Temik control insignificant. The hatching of individual eggs was suppressed by 99.04% and 96.17% at the original and 5×diluted solution, respectively. The differences between the two treantments and water control were highly significant while that between the two treatments and 10μg/ml Temik control insignificant. The corrected mortality of juveniles were 96.39% and 88.38% at the original and 5×diluted solution, respectively. The differences between the two treantments and water control were highly significant while that between the original solution and 10μg/ml Temik control insignificant.
