摘　　要：[目的 ]　探讨浦东新区为外籍和港澳台人士提供医疗服务的可行性。　 [方法 ]　从浦东新区的社会、经济状况、医疗卫生资源的整体布局、服务利用、外籍和港澳台人士的医疗卫生需求等方面分析浦东新区涉外医疗服务的现状 ;从信息交流、医疗保险、服务环境、理念、方式及收费等方面分析存在的问题。　 [结果 ]　从医疗资源的配置、服务意识、环境、规范、人才培养等方面提出了应对措施。　 [结论 ]　为推动浦东新区涉外医疗服务工作的顺利开展 ,需首先解决涉外医疗服务的宣传、涉外医疗服务社区点建设。Objective To know the feasibility of providing medical service for foreigners and compatriots form HongKong, Macao and Taiwan in Pudong New Area. Based on the social and economic conditions, overall strategy on health resource allocation, service usage, demand from the foreigners and compatriots the situation in Pudong New Area and the problems, such as information communication, medical insurance, service environment, consciousness of service, service manner and the payment were analyzed. The corresponding tactics on the health resource allocation, consciousness of service,service environment, personnel training, etc. were put forward. [Conclusion] In order to improve the medical service for the foreigners and compatriots, the following issuses should be solved: education to strengthen the medical service for foreigners and compatriots, construction of health service center in the community, set standards for different charges and set commercial hospitalization insurance constitution.
