摘　　要：科技创新在对自然界的利用及保护中是一把"双刃剑",同时又是利用与保护自然界的必经之路,而要从根本上缓解当代人类面临的利用自然与保护自然的矛盾,实现自然、经济、社会的协调发展,必须大力发展绿色科技。The paper discusses the two aspects of influence of science and technology on nature.At the same time, it has expounded the concept of green science and technology.It points out that science and technology is a two-edged sword in exploiting and protecting nature,and green science and technology can weaken the contradiction and promote the harmonious development of nature,economy and society.
