中国、日本与大陆法系国家成年人监护制度的历史演进

摘　　要：大陆法系国家和日本近来都纷纷修改成年人监护法 ,实现了由“个人主义”监护模式到“国家主义”监护模式的转变。大陆法系国家和日本的成年人监护制度的历史发展 ,可作为我成年人监护制度从“家庭主义”到“国家主义”跨越发展的借鉴。The countries of civil law system and Japan have recently amended the law of adult guardianship to realize the transmission from individualism guardian pattern to nationalism guardian pattern. The evolution of adult guardianship of the countries of civil law system and Japan,offers useful comparison reference to the quick development of Chinese adults guardian system from familiar pattern to nationalism pattern.
