摘　　要：说明了经济理论的层次性 ,简述了基础性经济理论、应用性经济理论、政策性经济理论的特点 ,同时分析了基础理论与应用理论、基础理论与宏观调控之间的关系 。This article explains the hierarchy in economic theories, discusses briefly the characteristics of basic economic theories, applied economic theories, and policy economic theories, analyzes the relationship between basic economic theories and applied economic theories, and between basic theories and macro-control, and carries out theoretical analysis on the paradoxical movements between government interference and market mechanisms.
