摘　　要：简述了“亚健康”的表现状况及“亚健康”产生的主要原因 ,论述了参加体育运动是预防“亚健康”This article gives a brief account on the behaviors and main causes of “sub-health”, and discusses the fact that taking part in physical exercises is the best means to prevent “sub-health”.
