摘　　要：本文回顾了行政主体理论的现状、困境、缺陷 ,以及当前我国行政法治的要求 ,认为对行政主体理论做出适当调整势在必行 ,并大胆设想对行政主体再界定 :分解为行政主体和行政权行使主体。In this article, firstly the author discusses the current state, dilemma and defect of the theory of the subject of administration and the current request of our national administrative law, then the author thinks the theory of the subject of administration must be adjusted and dares to redefine it, that is to divide it into the subject of administration and the subject of administrative power.
