摘　　要：区域经济合作和区域经济协调发展的一个关键问题是政府包括中央政府和地方政府干预行为的适度与科学。各级政府要树立科学的发展观 ,强化法治意识 ,准确定位 ,转变职能 。The moderate and scientific intervention from the government, both central government and local one as well, is the key factor to guarantee the success of regional economic integration and co-operation. Sustainable development of regional economy requires that the governments of different levels have scientific development concept, strengthen consciousness of legality, shift their functions, and make use of the market effect.
