摘　　要：本文分析了在中国农业信息网站建设和利用中出现的问题 ,提出了建设以用户为基础的网站这一概念。在加深网站建设中以下建议应该是很有用的 :内容和形式的统一 ;以区域性特点为基础的网站建设 ;网站和农业分支机构的合体 ;The paper analyzes the construction of China Agricultural Information Network and problems during the utilization of it, and put forward the concept of network construction based on users. The following recommendations should be helpful in the deepening construction of network: the unity of contents and forms; the network construction based on regional characters; integration of network and agricultural branch institutions; and network maintenance and update.
