摘　　要：我国进入改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的新时期后,如何正确认识和解决社会主义与资本主义之间关系的问题,既是一个重大的理论问题,也是一个重大的现实问题。时于这一关键性的问题,邓小平坚持把马克思主义与中国实际相结合,立足中国,面向世界,对新时期的两制关系提出了独到的理论见解,并进行了实践中的运作。In the new period of reform and opening- up and socialist modernization construction, how to comprehend and deal with the relationship between socialism and capitalism is both a significant theoretical and also a realistic matter. Deng Xiaoping sticks to the combination of Marxism with China's reality. Based on China's situation meanwhile catering to the world, Deng poses his unique view on the relationship between socialism and capitalism, and operatesit in practice.
