摘　　要：阐述了软起动器的节电原理 ,并提出了电动机特征转差率的一种算法 ,从理论上证明对功率因数进行控制 。The article discusses the principle of soft-starting controller with energy saving,and brings a computing method of motor's characteristic slip ratio,and theoretically proofs that it can save energy by controlling changing of power factor.
