摘　　要：圆管焊接是石油化工、机械制造等行业经常性的工作 ,其中相贯线的确定和切割一直是难题。为解决这一问题 ,以钣金展开理论为基础建立了圆管相贯线三维方程。在AutoCAD2 0 0 0环境下用VBA(VisualBasicforApplication)实现了相贯线的平面展开、圆管切割后预览、切割过程仿真及用于火焰切割的数控代码的自动生成。In the trades,such as petrochemical industry,machine-manufacturing,etc.,the welding of cylinder pipes is regular work.Among them the determination and cutting of the crossing line of cylinder pipes have been a difficult problem all the time.For solve the problem,This paper based on the theory of the plate work spreading,the three-dimensioned equation of crossing cure of cylinder pipes is developed.Moreover,many functions are also realized,including the crossing curve plane spreading,preview after the cylinder pipe cutting,simulate the manufacturing course and numerical control codes auto-developed based on AutoCAD2000 byVBA.
