摘　　要：针对浮动密封与普通接触式动密封相比 ,具有在大量粉尘和水等恶劣工作环境中仍能长期有效密封 ,但加工和装配要求较高的特点 ,结合实例 ,从结构设计的合理性 ,加工和装配工艺以及测量控制等方面 。Floating seal comparing to general loose gland,it can still work in despite have the environment having a great deal dust and moisture.However,the floating seal need have better circumstance of machining and assembly.In according to practices,the paper puts forward a new method from technology of mechanical working and assembly,rationality of configuration and measure etc..
