摘 要:暖地型草坪草绿叶生长剂含有比复绿剂更多的N ,P,K和Ca,而且增加了Si元素和吸热增温物质。在低温来临前 2 0d处理细叶结缕草Zoysiatenuifolia ,可以显著增加草坪草在低温下叶片N ,P ,K和叶绿素以及可溶性糖含量 ,有效保护膜的完整性 ,减轻低温下膜脂过氧化作用 ,减少丙二醛 (MDA)的生成 ,减少细胞电解质外渗率 ,使草坪草在连续 3个晚上 -3℃的低温下仍保持绿色。在草坪草受到连续 3个晚上 -3℃低温变黄后 ,使用绿叶生长剂也可使草坪草在 2 8d内、6~ 1 0℃低温下增加叶绿素生成 ,恢复绿色。这表示 ,暖地型草坪草在冬季保持绿叶也可以过冬。Leaf-Growing-Reagent for warm-season turf”contains more N,P,K and Ca elements than the regreen-regulator,and increases Si and the substance for absorbing hot and increasing temperature.(1)When Zoysia tenuifolia was first treated with “Leaf-Growing-Reagent”and grew 20days under normal temperature,then the turf could increase the contents of N,P,K and chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content,and reduce MDA content and relative leakage rate of electrolyte than untreated one ,and could keep green under (-3 ℃) for 3 days.(2) When the color of turf was first changed into yellow by -3 ℃ for 3 nights,then the turf was treated with Leag-Growing-Reagent,the color of turf could changed into green by increasing chlorophyll content about 28 days after the reagent treatment.
