摘　　要：本文从房地产经济发展需要信息服务支撑的现状出发,介绍了华东师范大学图书馆通过“馆院联合”,面向社会开展房地产信息服务的形式与特点,揭示了高校图书馆拓展服务功能,履行服务社会义务的必要性和可能性。This article gives an introduction to the practice of the East China Normal University Li- brary unfolding real estate information service for the communities,and tells the necessity and possibility of academic libraries to add their library functions to meet community demands.
