多种失效形式时机械零件的可靠度计算

摘　　要：讨论了在n个不失效判据中随机变量存在相关的条件下机械零件的可靠度计算问题,给出了相应的机械零件可靠度计算公式。计算结果表明:具有多种失效形式时机械零件的可靠度随相关系数的增大而增大。同时,给出了可靠度计算的几种方法。The reliability calculation of a machine component is discussed as different random variables are correlative in x nonfailure criteria, thus giving a formulae to the reliability of the machine component. The results show that the reliability of a machine component failed in some modes will increase with correlation coefficient. Some methods are also given to reliability calculation.
