摘 要:利用电厂灰、高炉渣、沸石粉及锂盐渣等工业废渣为基料,添加部分助溶剂和碳素材料研制成膨胀复合保护渣系。本文介绍了渣系的化学组成、物理性能、渣层结构和浇钢应用结果。对酸化膨胀石墨在渣中作用机理做了探讨。A kind of expansible compound casting flux was developed by utilizing the industrial waste materials,such as ashes from electric power plant,blast furnace slag and zeolite powder,with some fluxing agents and carbon materials added in. The chemical composition and physical properties of fluxes, the structure of flux layer and the application results in ingot pouring were also described. The effect of acidated exparsible graphite on flux and its mechanism were discussed.
