摘 要:采用不连续系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)20多种组织器官中LDH同功酶进行电泳分析。结果表明,梅花鹿LDH_5同功酶相对迁移率为0.13,LDH_1同功酶相对迁移率为0.44。LDH同功酶热稳定性程度和抗尿素抑制作用的次序为:LDH_1>LDH_2>LDH_3>LDH_5。这与雪兔组织LDH同功酶热稳定性程度和对尿素抑制作用敏感度的次序相一致。梅花鹿不同组织有其组织特异性LDH同功酶谱,它们以B亚基为主的LDH同功酶谱分布,虽然骨骼肌A亚基相对含量较高一些,但也是以B亚基为主的LDH同功酶谱分布类型,说明梅花鹿机体大部分组织糖代谢是以有氧代谢为主的类型。梅花鹿LDH同功酶谱分布是一种典型类型。The LDH isozyms in more than 20 different kinds of tissues of Cervus nippon were analyzed by discontinous pollpacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis. The results showed that the relative migration rates of LDH_5 and LDH_1 isozymes are 0.13 and 0.44 respectively; the degrees of heat stability and anti-inhibition of urea were in the order of LDH_1>LDH_2>LDH_3>LDH_5. This result was in accordance with that of LDH isozymes in tissues of varying hare. Different tissues of Cervus nippon had their specific bands of LDH isozymes, but the bands of LDH isozymes were mainly those of subunit B. The relative content of subunit A in muscle was a little higher, yet subunit B was still main. This showed that the sugar metabolism in most tissues of Cervus nippon was main aceroblic one, the distribution of the bands of LDH isozymes of cervus nippon was typical.
