摘　　要：采用翻堆方式将稻草与未消化城市污泥进行堆肥,测定常见几种化学和生物参数的变化,探讨其作为腐熟度指标的可行性。结果表明,(C/N)终点/(C/N)起始比值和铵态氮可作为堆肥腐熟度的指标,当(C/N)终点/(C/N)起始小于0.6和铵态氮浓度低于400mg·kg-1时,堆肥基本腐熟。水溶性有机碳与水溶性铵态氮之比值也可作为堆肥腐熟度的新的复合指标,当比值大于9时,堆肥基本腐熟。挥发性固体重、C/N、pH及NO3--N与堆肥原料有关,只可作为参考。Composting is one of the most employ ed methods to treat the sewage sludge bef ore it is recycled in agriculture,but un-matured compost is harmful to the pl a nts,therefore it is important to fin d a appropriate maturity index to evalua te the maturity of the composting products.Plant test is t he final and the mos t persuadable mod e to do that,but it takes too long time to complete it.Conv entional chemical and biologic al parameters were determined to select some conv enient indices indicating the compost maturity during co-composting of non-d igested sewage sludge with rice straw.The composting was carried out through t urning pile me-chanically and the composting product was regularly sampled.Vol atile s olid,pH,total N,NH 4+-N,NO 3--N,total C and solu-ble-C were compared using seed germi nation index o f cress.The compost di d not mature until 56days and after 70days,and the seed germination index reached 190%,which implied the compost stimulated si gnificantly the plant root elon gation.Volatile solid,total-C and C/N decr eased continuou sly during the composting.The decre ase of total-N continued 7days and th en increased.NH 4+-N,NO 3--N and soluble-C reached a peak and th en decreased continuously.(C/N )final/(C/N)initial andNH 4+-N could be considered as maturity indi ces,and when(C/N)final/(C/N)initial was lower than 0.6andNH 4+-Nless than 400mg ·kg-1 the compost matured.The ratio of soluble-C/NH 4+-Nalso might be a new index for the maturity and when it was higher than9t he matured compost.Volatile solids,C/N,pH,and NO 3-N,which depended much on the composition of raw material,should only be regarded as additional references.
