摘 要:本文研究了铅(Ⅱ)-4-(对-硝基苯偶氮)间苯二酚(AV)配合物在滴汞电极上的极谱行为。在pH 10.1的0.3 mol/L氯化钾介质中,铅(Ⅱ)-AV配合物于-0.61 V(vs.SCE)电位处产生一良好的吸附还原波,波高与铅的浓度在4.5×10^(-18)~1.3×10^(-6)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.5×10^(-8)mol/L。该方法用于头发、染料中微量铅的测定,结果满意。对极谱波的性质也进行了研究。The polarographic behavior of Pb (Ⅱ)-4-p-nitrobeneneazo-resorcinol (AV) system at a drop mercury electrode was investigated in a solution of 0.3 mol/L KC1 (pH 10.1). The lead (Ⅱ)-AV complex was adsorbed on the surface of mercury electrode and produced a reduction peak at -0.61 V (vs. SCE). The detection limit and the linear range of the concentration of lead(Ⅱ) to the single-sweep 2.5th-order derivative osilloplarographic peek current(e″_pp) were 2.5×10^(-8)mol/L and 4.5×10^(-8)~1.3×10^(-6)mol/L,respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of lead(Ⅱ) in samples of hair and dye with satisfactory results. The behavior of the polarographic wave was also studied.
