摘　　要：我国是世界上水土流失最严重的国家之一 ,水土流失是我国面临的头号环境问题。实施水土保持生态修复工程 ,是人们遵循自然规律 ,依靠自然本身的功能恢复植被 ,加快防治水土流失步伐的重大举措。从水土保持生态修复的涵义、原理出发 。There exists the most serious problem of soil and water loss in China.It is a great act speeding up the step of controlling soil and water loss to carry out the project of ecological rehabilitation.In this work the natural regulations must be followed and the self-rehabilitation function of the ecological system must be fully used.Based on connotation and principle of ecological rehabilitation of soil and water conservation,the favorable actions of ecological rehabilitation in soil and water conservation of ecological building are emphatically discussed.
