脂肪酮的单氰乙基化及其异构化成吡啶酮

摘　　要：八种酮在乙醇钠催化下与丙烯腈反应得到产率较高的单氰乙基化酮。在碱性条件下,三种δ-酮腈水解生成相应的δ-酮酸。五种δ-酮腈用Al_2O_3。催化生成相应的5,6二烷基-3,4一二氢-2-吡啶酮。新化合物的结构通过元素分析、IR、~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR和MS得以确证。Cyanoethylation of eight alkyl ketones under catalysis of sodium ethoxide gave eight monocyanoethylketones in high yield. Three δ-keto nitriles were hydrolyzed to δ-keto acids in al- kaline condition. The cyclization of five δ-keto nitriles gave 5, 6- dialkyl- 3, 4-dihydro-2- pyridones under catalysis of aluminum oxide. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, ~1H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR and MS.
