褐纹病菌粗毒素对茄子的致病性研究

摘　　要：利用胚根伸长法、幼苗浸渍法、叶片针刺法测试了茄子褐纹病菌粗毒素对 8个茄子品种的致病性 ,结果表明 ,茄褐纹病菌粗毒素对胚根伸长有抑制作用 ,对茄幼苗有致萎作用 ,对离体叶片有显著的致病作用并产生典型病斑。电导率测定表明 ,粗毒素破坏茄子根部细胞膜 。Pathogenicity of phomopsis vexans crude toxin to 8 varieties of aubergine was measured by using the methods of elongating embryo root,soading of seedling and needle pricking leaves.The results inducate that the embryo roots were inhibited,seedlings were wilted and leaves were infected and emerged typical lesion by crude toxin of phomopsis vexans.Measure on electrical conductivity indicated that the cell membrane of roots was destroyed by inoculated crude toxin,so its permeablity was influenced.
