软件产业企业集群策动与策应机制研究

摘　　要：本研究分析了我国软件产业企业集群形成的动因和软件产业企业集群策动与策应能力,通过企业集群策动与策应机制进行建模与分析,根据软件产业不同的战略发展阶段、不同的战略群体,对软件产业政府的最优策动策略和企业集群中企业的最优策应策略进行探讨与研究。Reasons that cluster of enterprises is formed in software industry are analyzed in China, in this paper, as well as government's inciting and driving ability and firm's respond ability are analyzed. First, the mechanisms of government's inciting and driving and firm's respond are researched and the model is built. Then the optimal strategy for government to incite and drive and for firms to respond with enterprises clusters are studied under different conditions such as different strategic development phases of software industry, different strategic groups and so on.
