摘　　要：实现双信号《转速偏差、功率偏差》调节,并引入水压信号,补偿水锤作用引起的负调节效应以及一些必要的附加功能是现代电液调速器的基本内容。本文推导了功率调节器的基本传递函数,构造了整个系统的基本框架。双信号的调速器特别适用于孤网运行的机组。The basic contents of modern electro-hydraulic governor are described as follows; to realize two sigals adjustment (i. e. speed and power deviations signals), to adopt water pressure feedback in order to compensate the antiadjustment of water harmmer and to add some necessary additional functions. In this paper, the basic transfer functions of power regulates are deducted and the whole system structure is formed. This kind of governor with two signal adjustment are especially suitable for solitary-operation units.
