摘 要:分析了几个常见的育种方案的遗传效果,结果发现,进行逆向选择时,选择优良组合之双亲建立双系种子园的方案,要优于选择优良亲本建立1.5代种子园;而在进行前向选择时,选择优良个体展开无性育种和无性利用方案,要优于建立多世代种子园方案。在杉木遗传育种中,应将有性育种和无性育种有机地结合起来,两者相互补充,不可偏废。最后文中还对双系种子园的建立技术,有性育种和无性育种方案的优缺点进行了分析讨论。The genetic effects about some routine breeding schemes had been studied by means of 6×6 full-diallel cross test plantation of Chinese fir at 5 ages. The main results were as follows:when carrying out backward selection, this scheme selected biparents of outstanding cross combination and established biclonal seed orchard was better than that scheme selected too many good parents and construct multiclonal seed orchard; when carrying out fordward selection,this scheme selected good individulas and conducted asexual breeding and asexual utilization was better than that scheme selected good individuals and established advanced generation seed orchard. In genetic and improvememnt of Chinese fir, sexual breeding and asexual breeding should be combined together organically, replenished mutually, but should be done one thing and neglected another. At last, the key techniques of establishing biclonal seed orchard, merits and demerits about sexual breeding and asexual breeding had been discussed.
