摘　　要：侵权损害行为所导致的间接损失的形式是多种多样的。我国司法实践中,存在着一些侵权损害赔偿额度与损害结果不相当的现象。间接损失认定范围的狭小和额度的偏低是导致全面赔偿原则没有得到真正实现的重要原因。本文分析了我国目前在间接损失算定中存在的问题,提出了应当遵循的基本原则,以及具体计算间接损失的动态方法。The consequential loss caused by the infringing act may be various in its forms. In judicial practice of China, there indeed exist some unbalanced situations between the quota of damages for infringement and harmful consequences. The extension of homologation of consequential loss is quite limited and its quota of compensation seems relatively low, which is one of the most important factors resulting in the genuine cause that the principle of full indemnity can not be truly realized. The author of the thesis tackles the problem exiting in how to evaluate the consequential loss,proposing some basic principles to be followed and brings forth some dynamic ways of evaluation of the consequential loss.
