摘　　要：在伊拉克主要战事结束以及萨达姆被捕后,伊拉克局势仍未好转,美军伤亡日增.在国外,布什政府面对着伊拉克国内和国际社会强烈要求美国尽快撤军的呼声,在国内面对着总统大选压力.美国主导的伊拉克重建步履难艰.Senior Researcher of CPDS. After the end of major combat operations in Iraq and the capture of Saddam Hussein, the situation in Iraq does not take a favorable turn and the casualties of U.S. servicemen are on the rise. The Bush Administration is faced with strong demands that U.S. military forces be withdrawn from Iraq as soon as possible both from Iraq and international community. At home, the Bush Administration is confronted with the pressure of presidential election. So, the U.S.-led Iraq's reconstruction walks with difficulty.
