摘　　要：用中和免疫过氧化物酶试验检测内蒙、北京送检的26份牛血清中BVDV,检出阳性14份,将其中3份用荧光抗体法检测BVDV,均为阳性。试验表明,中和免疫酶试验用于BVDV检测前景广阔。A neutralizing immunoperoxydase assay was used to detect BVDV in 26 bovine sera from Inner-Mongolia and Beijing,resulting in 14 positive ones,3 of which were tested with fluorescent-antibody technique wity all positive results indicating a bright future for its application in BVDV detection.
