摘  要:应用一般细胞学染色方法和生物化学去膜技术结合扫描电子显微镜观察了小型毛板壳虫(Colepshirtus minor Kahl)的骨板形态和构造,描述了无性分裂期间,正常条件下骨板系统的发生及实验条件下骨板系统的继承和变化过程。The skeletal platelet system and its three dimensional geometry of Holotricha ciliate were observed by means of biochemical technique and scanning electron microscopy. The results, indicated that, during division, half set of the old skeletal platelets of the mother cell was retained and another half set of new skeletal platelets was then formed in each daughter individual. The specific paniculate matter in cytoplasm probably participated in the formation of the new skeletal platelets. In addition, the changes of skeletal platelets in experimental conditions were also investigated by silver stainning method.
