摘 要:本文研究了脑室注射6—OHDA对达乌尔黄鼠脑内单胺类递质和β内啡肽,血清TSH,T3和T4含量的影响:1)注射后7天内,单胺类含量随剂量和注射后的天数而改变。2)下丘脑,丘脑,垂体和海马β内啡肽含量在注射后第3天显著升高,第5天,第7天逐渐回降,但仍高于对照。3)血清TSH,T3,T4含量在注射后3—5天内显著低于对照。4)冬眠动物垂体,下丘脑和海马β内啡肽含量比对照显著增高。本文为脑室注射6—OHDA促进黄鼠冬眠的生理学机制提供了一些依据。The effects of intraventricular injection of 6-hydroxy-dopamine(6-OHDA) on the levels of monoamines in the whole brain and the content of β-endorphin in various brain regions as well as the concentration of TSH, T3 and T4 in serum were observed in teh ground squirrel (Citellus dau-ricus). The results showed: (1) The content of monoamines in brain was dose-dependent and time-dependent decreased during 7 days after 6-OHDA administration; (2) The concentration of β-endorphin in hypothalamus, thalamus, pituitary and hippocampus considerably increased on the third day, then exhibited a reduction on the 5th and 7th day after 6-OHDA injection, but still higher than those of the control animals; (3) The levels of TSH, T3 and T4 in serum were markedly lower than that of the control animals 3-5 days after 6-OHDA administration; (4) In the hibernating animals, the β-endorphin content in pituitary, hypothalamus and hippocampus increased when compared with euthermic animals. The mechanisms of increase of β-endorphin in some regions of CNS after i. c. v. injection of 6-OHDA as well as the causality between β-endor-phin and hibernation remains to be investigatied.
