摘 要:针对三环减速器振动大、温升高和转臂轴承使用寿命短等问题 ,分析了三环减速器产生的振动原因 ,依据振动理论和变形协调条件 ,建立了油膜浮动均载的两级三环减速器的振动方程 ,导出了转臂轴承环板支点和高速轴支点处的动态响应方程 ,给出了样机振动测试结果 .结果表明 :该三环减速器的振动加速度测试值较性能基本一致的偏心相位差为 12 0°的三环减速器的振动加速度测试值要小得多 .A new type three-ring gear reducer with oil-film floating and phase difference 180° of mass eccentricity is designed to solve ordinary three-ring type gear reducer problems of high vibration, high temperature and short spin arm bearing life in operation. The reducer uses arc tooth synchronous belt transmission as one-stage transmission, and synchronous input of three-ring transmission has come true. The causes of vibration of ordinary gear reducer are analyzed. According to vibration principle and deformation harmony condition of three-ring gear reducer, the vibration equation of two-stage three-ring gear reducer by oil-film floating is derived. The dynamic response formula of spin arm bearing ring-plate and high shaft support is derived by numerical method. Lastly, the vibration experiment result of model machine is presented. The experiment result indicates that the new reducer's acceleration is much less than acceleration of the reducer that has the same properties and phase difference 120°of mass eccentricity.
