摘  要:介绍了脉冲电晕法烟气脱硫工艺流程,并分析其主要特点;在进行了充分的先期实验的基础上,根据工艺过程的特点和要求实现的功能,对测控系统硬件和软件进行设计,提出了以数据库为核心的软件结构和具有开放性的硬件结构;提出了基于DOS和单片机的实时多任务调度方案。3000N·m3/h的工业试验结果表明:该控制系统是成功的,为大型工业装置的自动测控系统的研制开发提供了宝贵的思路和经验范例。Introduced the process of PPCP(Pulse Corona Induced Plasma Chemical Process)and analysised its main character;according to the character of technological procedure in PPCP and its function that want to realize,design the control system both in hardware and in software based on the full experiments in advance;presented a software structure based on database and an opening hardware structure.The real time,multi-task management scheme on the basis of DOS and single-chip processor was put forward.The control system is realized in the pilot test of 3 000 N·m^3/h,and the pilot run demonstrates that the whole control system is success.All works supply useful method and experience for larger industrial application.
