摘 要:提出了一种新型汽车轮胎安全智能检测系统的设计方案。把传感器和RF发射器直接安装在轮胎内,采集各个轮胎当前时间的气体压力数据,经调制后再以无线射频信号发射给车厢内的数据接收模块。通过接收器和处理器,能及时准确地检测各个轮胎的压力安全状况,以便驾驶人员作出相应的对策。详细阐述了利用软、硬件实现的几项关键技术,包括控制RF发射器功耗、射频通信、抗干扰措施。实验表明:该系统性能良好,达到了预期的设计要求。Introduced a new kind design scheme of sensing system for car tire safety.The stress sensor and RF emitter was installed in car tire.It was transmited for receiver installed in car by wireless after gas stress data gathered which was processed.It sensed in time stress status by receiver and processor,so that driver adopted corresponding countermeasure.The key technologies such as the method of controlling RF emitter power,wireless communication and the anti-interference measures were emphasized.It has been proved by experiment that the system is able to obtain the required accuracy.
