摘　　要：介绍了一种高精度的电容传感器,应用相关检测技术,利用集成乘法器AD835来检测电容传感装置电容量的微小变化。这种方法比传统的电容检测传感器精度提高数百倍,而且系统不受外界缓变量的影响。该系统已在纤维检测方面得到很好的应用。A kind of precise capacitance-sensor was introduced.The sensor utilizes correlative detection which is more precise than normal capacitance detective sensors and is very stable in changing environment.Multiplier AD835 is used to detect the variation of the capacitance.The whole system has been well used in many fields.
