摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查及访谈法,对我国竞技健美操发展的现状进行调查。存在的问题主要表现为:运动训练管理体制不利于后备力量的培养;缺乏完善的规章制度;忽视运动员艺术素养的形成;竞赛制度不完善;缺乏优秀的教练员;商业化程度较低;宣传力度不够;理论研究贫乏等。By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interviews, the authors of the paper have carried out the investigations into the status quo of the development of competitive rhythmics in our country, and analyzed the existing problems, which mainly have the following concrete expressions: the administrative system of sports training is unfavorable for the cultivation of reserves, be lack of perfective rules and regulations, make light of the cultivation of gymnasts' art accomplishments, competitive system is imperfect, be short of good coaches, the commercialized degree is lower, the dynamics of propaganda isn't great enough, the theoretical research is deficient and so forth.
