摘 要:以心理训练为手段,探讨大学生体育学习焦虑控制的可行性。结果表明:体育学习焦虑的控制有助于动作技术的掌握和完成质量的提高;有针对性地采用认知、表象、放松训练及暗示调节等心理训练方法,能有效地降低学生体育学习的状态焦虑。Taking psychological training as means, the present paper has inquired into the feasibility of the control of university students' anxiety for physical education learning. The experimental results have indicated that the control of anxiety for physical education learning helps to master actions and technique and improve the quality of performance, and it can effectively reduce the students' state anxiety for physical education learning to use psychological training methods of cognition, expression, relaxing training, hint regulation and so on.
