摘 要:研究出一种光纤传感器与电磁涡流传感器相结合的新型质量流量计,并给出理论模型和实际系统结构。该流量计对旋涡发生体进行了独特设计,即将光纤嵌入到旋涡发生体内部构成光纤式升力检测器。利用光纤的微弯损耗特性,检测出流体流经旋涡发生体时产生的变动升力大小,结合信号电极测量出的涡流频率,由单片机计算出流体质量流量。与其它质量流量计相比,光纤式质量流量计结构简单,抗干扰能力强。以水为被测对象的实验证明,其测量结果的相对误差在1%以内。A novel mass flowmeter with optic fiber sensor and electromagnetic vortex sensor is developed, its theoretical model and practical system structure are also given. The eddy generator in the flowmeter is specially designed, i.e., optic fiber is embedded into the eddy generator and thus an optic fiber lifting force detector is formed. The variation of the lifting force produced when fluid flows through eddy generator is detected with the micro-bending loss property of optical fiber. Combined with the vortex frequency detected by signal electrode, the mass flow of the fluid is calculated by a microcontroller. Compared with other mass flowmeter, the optical fiber mass flowmeter has the advantages of simple structure and insensitive to external interference. With water as an object to be measured, the experiments demonstrate that the relative error of measurement is within 1%.
