摘　　要：本文阐述了运动强度各种分类依据、分类方法、所分等级、强度参数等 ,并对各种运动分类的参数、强度分级进行了横向比较与定位 。The thesis has gaven an explanation of variety exercise intensitys classifications,such as its criteria,the measures,the gradations of the classifications,intensity parameters,etc.The parameters and intensity of the exercise classification have also been intersectorally compared and oriented in different gradations.The application characteristics of variety intensity classifications have also been discussed.
