摘　　要：本文简要介绍了钢球磨煤机出力及电机功率的计算方法.以电耗率最低为优化目标建立了钢球磨煤机优化设计的数学模型,并编制了相应程序.当物料特性及磨机出力给定后利用该程序可在短时间内得出磨煤机的最佳设计参数.The calculation methods of the output and power consumption of ball mill are briefly presented. By taking power consumption rate as an optimization objective, mathematic models of ball mill optimization design have been established and the corresponding program written. The optimum design parameters of ball mills can be obtained in short time with help of the program when coal properties and mill output are given.
