棘衣虫属一新种记述(新棘吻目:四环科)  

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS PALLISENTIS VAN CLEAVE (NEOECHINORHYNCHIDEA: QUADRIGYRIDAE)

摘　　要：本文记述了采自重庆市乌鱼肠内的棘衣虫属一新种——重庆棘衣虫。对其形态进行了详细描述,并与近似种P.basiri Farooqi等进行了比较。Pablisentis chongqingensis sp. nov. (fig. 1)Two male and two females Body small, cylindrical and milky white in colour. Proboscis nearly globular, 0.138—0.180mm by 0.138—0.222mm in size, and armed with 36 hooks arranged in 4 circles of 9 hooks each. Length of hooks: 1st circle 0.056—0.062mm, 2nd circle 0.050—0.053mm, 3rd circle 0.037—0.046mm, and 4th circle 0.031—0.034mm Hooks of proboscis with very prominent roots and processes. Nerve ganglion situated nearly at the middle base of the proboscis, a big circular mass 0.055 by 0.055mm in size, about one-third of the diameter of proboscis. Two lemnisci long, cylindrical and unequal. Body spines extending to about the anterior two-fifths of the body, The spines turning round upward like a tower. Body nuclei giant, with blunt branches.Male 2.11—2.33mm in length by 0.305—0.347mm in maximum width. Proboscis sheath 0.208—0.305 by 0.125—0.138mm in size. Lemnisci 0.833 and 0.722mm, 0.583 and 0.416mm respectively in length. Two long cylindrical testes 0.166—0.138 by 0.069—0.097 in size, tandem and equal. Male reproductive organ situated at the posterior two-fifths of the body. Single cylindrical cement gland Small, 0.208 by 0.069mm in size, and with 18 oval nuclei. Cement reservoir behind the cement gland, pear-shaped. Saefftigen's pouch cylindrical 0.124—0.152 by 0.041mm in size. Two of body nuclei located in the ventral side and three in the dorsal, 0.069—0.166 by 0.056—0.111mm in size, located in the extensive posterior two-thirds of the body. Collar spines consisting of 5—7 circles with 22—24 spines each. Trunk spines consisting of 11 circles with 24—30 spines each.Female: 4.14—4.72mm in length by 0.389—0.472mm in maximum width. Proboscis sheath 0.250by 0,208mm in size. Lemnisci 1.180 and 0.861mm long. Eight body nuclei: four ventral side and four dorsal. Collar spines consisting of 5 circles with 22—24 spines each. Trunk spines consisting of 11 circles with 24—30 spines each.The new species resmbles very closely the P. basiri
