摘  要:研究了Rushton桨、向下斜叶透平桨和平桨与不同直径和倾角的自旋自浮挡板组合的表面曝气装置的搅拌功率和气液传质特性。实验结果表明 ,自旋自浮挡板对Rushton桨的表面曝气性能有改善作用 ,且最佳尺寸为直径 6 2mm ,叶片倾角 6 0°;自旋自浮挡板在一定操作范围内可以提高向下斜叶透平桨的表面曝气性能 ,但不存在最优尺寸 ;自旋自浮挡板与平桨组合可使搅拌功率变大 ,但对平桨的曝气能力影响不大。The characteristics of gas-liquid mass transfer of surface aerator with a self rotating floating baffle (SRFB) were studied. Rushton impeller, straight blade impeller, and pitched blade turbine downward were supplemented with SRFB of different diameter and fan blade angle. The power consumption and mass transfer coefficient of different combination were measured. The test results suggested that the SRFB enhanced the aeration performance of Rushton impeller, which optimum diameter was 62 mm with 60 o of fan blade angle. Although the SRFB could improve the surface aeration performance of the pitched blade turbine downward in certain operating range, however, no optimum size was existed. The combination of SRFB and straight blade impeller could increase the stirring power, but had less effect on the aeration ability of the straight blade impeller.
