摘  要:为了寻求简易而又实用的鉴别电缆故障的方法,提出了双端接地单相电力电缆、三相电力电缆以及多接地点单相和三相电力电缆接地电容电流的测量方法及绝缘状况的判定依据,设计了测量装置并已制成样机。此外,为了验证该方法及判据的有效,详细介绍了仿真模型。For the sake of identifying the fault of electric power cables easily and practically, this paper presents a new method to measure capacitive current of single-phase/three-phase power cable with two-terminal earthed or multi-points earthed, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of common used on-line insulation monitoring approaches of power cables. Corresponding criteria of insulation condition are given and prototype of measurement device is also designed and realized. Furthermore, in order to verify the effectiveness of the method and criteria, simulation model is detailed in this paper.
