摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在不同载体表面制备了均匀透明的TiO2薄膜。甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解实验表明:不同负载的TiO2薄膜具有不同的光催化活性,钛片的光催化活性最高,然后是陶瓷、不锈钢、铝片、釉面瓷砖、玻璃,铜片最低;而且其光催化活性还与负载的加热温度有关,加热温度为520℃时钛片的光催化活性最高,580℃时陶瓷、釉面瓷砖、不锈钢和玻璃的催化活性最高,而460℃时铝片的光催化活性最高。Uniform and transparent TiO2 thin films on different substrates were made by sol-gel method. The photocatalytic degradation experiment with methyl orange aqueous solution showed: The TiO2 thin film on different substrates had different photocatalytic activities, which was the highest with titanium slice, followed by ceramic, stainless steel, Al slice and glazed ceramic tile, and was the lowest with glass. Moreover, their photocatalytic activities were related to the heating temperature of the substrates. The photocatalytic activity with titanium slice was the highest when the heating temperature was 520 ℃, the photocatalytic activities with ceramic, glazed ceramic tile, stainless steel and glass were the highest when the heating temperature was 580 ℃, while that with Al slice was the highest when the heating temperature was 460 ℃.
