摘 要:目的探讨孕期脊髓灰质炎强化免疫对母血和脐血脊髓灰质炎IgG抗体水平的影响 ,评价孕期脊髓灰质炎强化免疫的必要性。方法将门诊 6 4例孕 2 8- 33周的孕妇随机分为研究组和对照组各 32例 ;研究组含服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗 ;临产前分别抽取两组孕妇肘静脉血和产时取脐血 ,用ELISA法检测其抗脊髓灰质炎IgG抗体水平。结果研究组母血和脐血抗脊髓灰质炎抗体IgG水平明显高于对照组 ,差异有非常显著性 (p <0 .0 1)。结论孕期脊髓灰质炎强化免疫对胎、婴儿有一定的免疫保护作用 ,有必要对孕妇进行脊髓灰质炎强化免疫。Objective To investigate the effect of poliovirus boosting vaccination in pregnant stage on the level of anti-poliovirus-IgG in matemal blood and cord blood,evaluating the necessity of poliovirus boosting vaccination in pregnant stage.Methods 60 pregnant women in 28-32 weeks of out-patient were equally divided into study group and comparision group(n=30).Women in study group were given pills of live poliovirus vaccine orally.The matemal blood was collected from women going to deliver and the cord blood was collected in delivering,the level of anti-poliovirus-IgG was detected by ELISA.Results It was found that the level of anti-poliovirus in the two kinds of blood in study group was obviously higher than in the comparison group.The difference was sigruificant(P<0.01).Conclusion Poliovirus boosting vaccination in pregnant could protect the fetus and it is necessary to do so.
