摘  要:目的 通过核磁共振三维成像技术对植入式人工智能掌指关节机械结构进行优化设计为临床应用打基础。方法 正常人100位作掌指关节核磁共振、三维成像后,测定2~5掌指关节特征性参数。结果 (1)宽度:2~5掌指关节宽度平均为70.36mm,其中99%为58.29~82.49mm。(2)长度:2~5指指骨长度(最小值)分别为30.31mm、33.78mm、31.26mm、23.82mm,掌骨长度(最小值)分别为49.39mm、46.81mm、42.07mm、37.93mm。(3)骨髓腔直径:2~5指掌骨骨髓腔(最小范围)为1.84~5.18mm;指骨骨髓腔(最小范围)在2.05~6.01mm之间。(4)掌骨头间距离:2~5指掌骨头中心距示指掌骨头桡侧距离、与2~5指掌指关节宽度之百分比分别为11.65%、42.31%、66.77%、92.25%。结论 通过对特征性参数的分析,完成机械结构的分型,为走向临床打下基础。Objective To optimize the design of the mechanical structure of implanted artificial electrical intelligence metacarpolphalangeal joint using 3-dimension maganetic resonance imaging (MRI), and to do the groundwork for clinical application. Methods The 3-dimension MRI was done in the metacarpophalangeal joint in 100 normal human. The characteristic parameter was checked in the 2nd to 5th metacarpolphalangal joint. Results (1) The average width of the 2nd to 5th metacarpolphalangeal joint was 70.36mm, with 58.29mm~82.49mm in 99%. (2) The minimal length of the 2nd to 5th phalanx was 30.31mm, 33.78mm, 31.26mm and 23.82mm, respectively, and that of the metacarpal bone was 49.39mm, 46.81mm, 42.07mm and 37.93mm, respectively. (3) The minimal diameter of medullary cavity of bone ranged from 1.84mm to 5.18mm in the 2nd to 5th metacarpal bone, 2.05mm to 6.01mm in the phalanx. (4)The percentage between the distance of the center of 2nd to 5th metacarpal head to the radial side of the 2nd metacarpal head and the width of 2nd to 5th metacarpophalangeal joint was 11.65%,42. 31%, 66.77% and 92.25%, repectively.Conclusion After the analysis of the characteristic parameter and the classification of the mechanical structure, the clinical backgound is done.
