摘　　要：本文分析了锻件毛边尺寸对模膛内锻件分模截面上轴向正应力分布的影响,提出了建立轴对称锻件的毛边尺寸与模膛形状尺寸间对应关系的理论方法,并举例说明了这种方法的应用。The effect of sizes of flash to axial stress on die parting plane of forged part in the finishing impression is analysed in this paper. Theoretical method of working out to the relationship between sizes of flash and shape-sizes of the finishing impression of axisymmetric part is put forward. Examples of application about this method are shown in this paper too.
