摘　　要：在简述开式模锻毛边设计的现状及存在的问题的基础上,提出了优化的开式模锻变形过程的概念,说明了探讨开式模锻毛边理论优化设计法的目的和意义。Present situation of flash design of closed-die forging and its defect are described in this paper. Based on it, this paper puts forward the conception of optimum deformation process of closed-die forging and analyse the purpose and Significance of theoretic optimum design method about the closed-die forging flash.
