摘　　要：目的探讨玄参提取物对大鼠血液流变性、凝固性和纤溶活性的影响。方法观察玄参的石油醚、乙醇、水提取物灌胃12d后 ,对大鼠血小板聚集率、血液黏度、血液凝固性、纤维蛋白溶解活性等方面的影响。结果玄参醚、醇、水提取物有显著抑制血小板聚集性、降低PAI-1的作用。结论玄参醚、醇、水提取物有抗血小板聚集。Objective To investigate the effect of extracts of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl on hemorrheolˉogy,coagulation and fibrinolysis in rats.Methods Petroleum ether(P)、ethanol(E)and water(W)extracts of Scroˉphularia ningpoensis Hemsl(S)were given ig separately to rats once a dey and blood was drawn after12days for deˉtermination of platelet aggregation,hemorrheology,KPTT,PT,t-PA,PAI-1,Fg.Results Platelet aggregation and PAI-1were decreased significantly by SP,SE,SW extracts.Conclusions SP,SE,SW extracts have effect of reducing platelet aggregation and increasing fibrinolysis.
