摘  要:目的探讨葡多酚 (GrapeProcyanidinsGPC)对长跑运动员血小板聚集的影响。方法体内实验 :22名男性长跑运动员随机分成两组 ,试验组口服GPC每天200mg,对照组口服淀粉胶囊 ,连服10d。分别于实验前和实验后清晨采集空腹静脉血制备血小板 ,检测血小板1、3、5min及最大聚集率。体外实验 :采5名男性长跑运动员清晨空腹静脉血加GPC及不同浓度H 2O 2,测血小板最大聚集率。结果体内实验 :实验组实验前和实验后血小板最大聚集率分别为66.09±7.71 ,49.09±19.03。体外实验 :GPC对照组血小板最大聚集率为13.6±6.80,正常对照组为60.20±12.4;以上两组比较差异均有显著性意义 (P<0.05)。结论GPC在体内和体外条件下均能降低长跑运动员血小板的聚集率 。Objective To focus on the effects of Grape Procyanidins(GPC)on platelet aggregation in long distance runner.Methods In vitro study:22long distance runner were divided into two groups ranˉdomly,the experimental group and control group.After ten_day period,the experimental group was given GPC200mg per day;while the control group was given the capsule of starch200mg per day.The platelet aggregaˉtion of vein blood1,3,5minutes and maximum rates were measured before and after the study.In vivo study:The vein blood of5long distance runners was given GPC or H 2 O 2 of different consistency,then the rates of maximum platelet aggregation were measured.Results In vitro study:the rates of maximum platelet agˉgregation were66.09±7.71and49.09±19.03before and after the study(P<0.05);In vivo study:the rate of maximumplatelet aggregation of GPC group was13.6±6.80and the control group was60.20±12.4(P<0.05).Conclusions The GPC could decline the platelet aggregation of long distance runner in vitro and in vivo studies.GPC had good effect in improving hemorheology.
